How does billing work?
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in US dollars (USD). Your card is charged automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped — this is an online-only digital service.
What is a credit?
One credit is consumed each time you generate a record set (maintenance record + question list + photo checklist). Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing support. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then you move to the free Draft plan. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
What appears on my statement?
Charges appear as "AI UTILITY LOG" on your card or bank statement.
