Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ltplumb Utility Log(the "Service"), an online-only digital application operated by LT PLUMBING, LLC("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service is a software workspace that helps you organise notes about your home into maintenance records, question lists and photo checklists. It is a digital tool only. We do not provide trade, repair, installation, inspection, maintenance, emergency, or any on-site or physical service, and we do not supply physical goods.

2. Outputs are drafts

All outputs are AI-generated drafts. You are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy, rights, and compliance, and for confirming anything important with a licensed professional before relying on or acting on it. See our AI Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy, which form part of these Terms.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.

4. Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in USD and include a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed per generation, reset each billing period, and do not roll over. Billing, cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only as permitted by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach it or these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service and its software. Subject to these Terms, the records and checklists you generate are yours to use for your own purposes. You must not submit content you do not have the right to use.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional, repair, safety, legal, financial, or medical advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on an output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Some consumer protections may apply that cannot be excluded; nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Florida, United States, will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
