AI processing

To generate records, the text you submit may be sent to a third-party AI provider that processes it on our behalf to return a result. Please do not enter sensitive credentials, payment card numbers, government IDs, or other people's personal data without a lawful basis. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

How we use data

• To provide and operate the workspace and generate your outputs.
• To manage subscriptions, credits and billing.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting, and security obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
